You can cancel your LivermoreAI subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the platform and the desktop application until the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. To avoid being charged for your next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
We want you to be completely satisfied with LivermoreAI. If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
This 7-day refund policy applies only to your first subscription payment. Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund within the eligible 7-day period, please contact our support team from the email address associated with your account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Depending on the nature of the request, Paddle handles the processing of returns and refunds on our behalf.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that you are abusing our refund policy (e.g., purchasing, refunding, and repurchasing repeatedly) or if your account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Once your refund is approved and processed by us or our merchant partner (Paddle), please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
